1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the hk999 website accessible at hk999.io, together with all associated sub-pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any future applications operated under the hk999 brand.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created by the Player on the Platform, including the associated wallet balance.
• "Balance" / "Wallet" means the funds held within a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process through which hk999 confirms a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed by the Player on a sporting event, casino game, crash game, or any other wagering activity available on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action listed under Section 8 of these Terms, including use of automated software, collusion, and multi-accounting.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone in which all Platform timestamps are recorded.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on this Platform, form the entire agreement between hk999 and each Player. By completing the registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent checkbox, making a first deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

hk999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing this page regularly. The effective date at the top of this document indicates the version currently in force.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity arising from a translation or paraphrase of these Terms in any other language, the English version shall prevail.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on hk999, you must:

1. Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active.
2. Be a resident of or otherwise physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law at the time of placing a wager.
3. Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
4. Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of hk999, nor a close family member of any such person.
5. Not be the subject of any self-exclusion order currently active on the Platform.
6. Not have had a previous hk999 Account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

hk999 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. Players located outside Bangladesh access the Platform entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration & KYC

To participate in any wagering activity on hk999, a Player must complete registration and create a single Account. During registration, the Player is required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including a valid name, date of birth, and a Bangladeshi mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.

One Account Policy: Each natural person is entitled to hold exactly one Account on hk999 at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

KYC Verification: hk999 reserves the right to request identity documentation from any Player at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a recent utility bill confirming the Player's registered address. Players must also verify ownership of the payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account) registered to their Profile before any withdrawal is processed.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by hk999 will result in the suspension of withdrawal access. hk999 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from delayed or refused withdrawals resulting from incomplete KYC.

Players are responsible for keeping their login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. hk999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via the account security settings. Any activity conducted using a Player's credentials is deemed to have been authorised by that Player. Notify hk999 support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

hk999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at any given time. As of the effective date of these Terms, accepted payment methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically confirmed within 60 seconds of successful mobile wallet authorisation.
• hk999 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply a transaction fee in accordance with their own terms.
• Players may only deposit using a payment account registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned pending verification.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts will have withdrawal access suspended until verification is complete.
• Withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes once approved by the payments team, subject to standard banking and mobile money processing times outside hk999's control.
• hk999 reserves the right to conduct additional identity checks before processing any withdrawal request that appears unusual in size, frequency, or pattern.
• Funds originating from bonus credits must meet applicable wagering requirements in full before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. If a Player's registered payment method has changed, the Player must contact support and complete updated payment verification before a withdrawal can proceed.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

hk999 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, daily cashback, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and ICC tournaments. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, published at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer only.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full using real-money funds.
• Standard wagering requirement: 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Slots from most providers contribute 100%. Live dealer games typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• hk999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited at the time of cancellation remains governed by the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
• Bonus abuse — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome offers — will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on hk999 are subject to the sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant section of the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing a wager. Ignorance of applicable game rules is not grounds for a refund or reversal of a settled bet.

Sports Betting:

• Pre-match odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time the bet slip is submitted are the odds applied to that wager.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the odds prevailing at the exact moment of confirmation. Minor latency between a Player's device and the Platform's servers may result in a different odd being applied than what was displayed — the confirmed odd in the system prevails.
• hk999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, or where a material error in the published odds is identified.
• Maximum payout per single bet and per accumulator is subject to limits published in the sports betting rules section of the Platform.

Casino & RNG Games:

• All RNG-based games are powered by certified game providers including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, and NetEnt, all of which maintain independent fairness certifications for their game libraries.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published by the respective game provider and are available in the game information panel within each title.
• Technical malfunctions — whether affecting the Platform's infrastructure or a game provider's servers — void all affected bets. No payout will be issued for a round that was not completed due to a technical fault.

Crash & Instant Games:

• Crash games including Aviator by Spribe operate on a provably fair algorithm. Each round's outcome is determined before the round begins, and players may verify round outcomes using the fairness verification tool available within the game interface.
• Any bet that was not confirmed by the system before a crash round commenced will be returned to the Player's wallet without deduction.

8 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

hk999 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any activity that undermines the integrity of the Platform, its games, or its other players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or to place bets without genuine human decision-making.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or calculation faults to gain an unfair financial advantage. Exploited gains are not payable and will be deducted from the Player's wallet.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, table, or sporting event.
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee a profit by exploiting odds discrepancies between markets on hk999 or between hk999 and external platforms.
• Any form of money laundering, including using the Platform as a vehicle to deposit, layer, or withdraw criminal proceeds. hk999 is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any investigation.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent verification process.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including circumventing account restrictions or claiming duplicate bonuses.
• Attempting to access another player's account, whether by credential theft, social engineering, or technical means.

hk999 employs continuous automated monitoring and manual review processes to detect Prohibited Conduct. Suspicion alone may be sufficient grounds for the temporary suspension of an account pending investigation. During any investigation, the Player's ability to deposit, wager, and withdraw may be restricted.

9 Responsible Gaming

hk999 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. Gambling is an adult entertainment activity and should remain so — it should never be treated as a source of income, a means of recovering financial losses, or an activity that takes precedence over personal responsibilities.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players directly from the account dashboard, without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set and activated immediately. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications that alert them when they have been logged in and actively gaming for a defined period.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may take a temporary break of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which the account remains open but all wagering functionality is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request and is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, the account cannot be reactivated under any circumstances.

10 Privacy & Data

hk999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published at hk999.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC — including but not limited to name, date of birth, mobile number, NID details, and payment method information — is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming enforcement, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

hk999 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law. All data transmissions are protected by TLS 1.3 (256-bit SSL) encryption.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the hk999 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface layout, game interfaces, written content, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of hk999 or its licensed game providers. No Player or third party may reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of hk999.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by hk999 under valid licensing agreements. Players may not extract, copy, or redistribute game assets under any circumstances.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hk999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill.

hk999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total real-money amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

hk999 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or latency-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. hk999 will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and will notify Players of planned maintenance in advance where practicable.

13 Suspension & Termination

hk999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where hk999 reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has engaged in or is suspected of engaging in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8.
• The Player's account activity presents a risk of financial crime, fraud, or money laundering.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a legal or reputational risk to hk999.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion or a regulatory authority has directed hk999 to restrict the Player's access.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any balance — including real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed for operational reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 10 business days.

A Player may close their own Account voluntarily at any time by contacting hk999 support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed normally.

14 Changes to These Terms

hk999 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hk999 will update the effective date displayed at the top of this document and, where the change is significant, will notify active Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their Account.

It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not agree with any amendment, they must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure.
